Coffee Culture no. 3

San Francisco Coffee Shops | Hometown Tourist via suzanneobrienstudio.com

It took us 3 trips, but we achieved our goal of visiting 10 coffee houses in San Francisco! We completed our mission exactly one year after it began, on my March 10 birthday.  Below are a few favorites from a day well spent…

STOP 8 | Sight Glass Coffee flagship store

Favorite | The energy

(my daughter surprised me that morning with that perler bead camera she created for me!)

STOP 9 | Saint Frank Coffee

Favorites | The clean lines of the store, the super friendly barista

STOP 10 |  b. patisserie

Favorites | Watching the bakers do their thing…and the yellow chairs

I love playing tourist in my hometown, and it is always best when done with a friend.  My coffee partner-in-crime Kristina is part of this 10 on 10 circle, start with Trine Lise Nelson and you will find your way to her!

I think I will have to travel to your hometown, your coffee houses looks just fantastic, and you make them look that way. I am so happy to have a cup right beside me while reading your post 🙂 I wish you a super day 🙂

Ok, I’m ready to go again! I’m sure there are more coffee shops for us to visit. Love your photos (as always) and especially love how they remind me of the fun we had together.

These photos are so great–inspiring, beautiful–the perspectives are so original and wonderful. That idea of being a tourist in your own town . . . yeah, I have to do that one day. Great post.

Such a beautiful (and delicious) collection of images. I’d finally scrolled to the end and left that last image up on my screen for the rest of the day…so lovely.

What a fun adventure! I may have to tackle this task in San Diego :). Great images, and I had fun pretending I was there with you.

Thanks all, I highly recommend scheduling a day away from your computers to enjoy some local fun. I think I’ll be down in San Diego a bit in the coming year so I may just have to motivate Connie, Stacey, Luca and Kim to share some of your favorite coffee spots with me!
